The stake and prize limits for Prize Gaming played in Bingo Clubs have increased
With effect from 11th March, the Stake and Prize limits for Prize Gaming ing Bingo Clubs have increased. The maximum participation fee for any one chance to win a prize has increased from 50p to £1.00. The maximum amount of prize money has increased from £50 to £100 where no under 18s are permitted on the premises, and has increased from £35 to £70 in all other cases. Maximum aggregate total of par fees to participate in any one game remains at £500. Maximum aggregate total amount or value of prizes (both cash and non cash) in any game also remains at £500.
The Gambling Commission will be issuing new Operating Licences to reflect this change; in the meantime, all licenced bingo operators are now entitled to use the new limits.
