The Gambling Act 2005 (Gaming Machines in Bingo Premises)Order 2008
This Order has been approved by the House of Commons and the House of Lords, however we are currently unable to advise Members when it will come into force.
The Order is now awaiting enactment which means that it must be signed by the Minister, Gerry Sutcliffe, and placed back in Parliament.
We will be advised as soon as the Order has been enacted and will update this website so that Members receive the quickest possible notification.
