Responsible Gambling Week - 2018
Following the success of the first ever Responsible Gambling Week in 2017, the Industry Group for Responsible Gambling (IGRG) has decided to run the week long campaign for a second year: 1st - 7th November.
The Bingo Association is once again proud to support this important sector campaign and be part of Responsible Gambling Week 2018 - #RGWeek18.
Responsible Gambling Week is a national, cross-industry initiative to promote responsible gambling and during the Week all sectors of the gambling industry (arcades, bingo clubs, bookmakers, casinos and online), in partnership with special charities, Gamble Aware and Gamcare, come together to raise awareness of responsible gambling and encourage people to be aware of how to gamble responsibly.
The Association has once again asked all its members to support and promote the week, by engaging on social media and using branded material designed and produced specially for the Week in venues. Artwork is available for a wide range of materials and is broken down into three categories:
- Basic Point of Sale - that promotes the Week and headline message of 'Let's talk about..."
- Messaging Point of Sale - materials for each of 20 different messages (an example is shown below)
- Merchandise - t-shirts and button badge
Members can download the artwork for ALL materials from the Responsible Gambling Week
website and are required to register for access in advance - this is a quick and easy process. The RESOURCES section of the website also contains copies of all Campaign Briefs that we have circulated about the Week.

RG Week 2018 is set to be a far larger event and you can see this year's supporters on the RG Week website HERE
